- Lilia - italian - you'll need to reserve a month in advance; we just ate here and definitely worth it!
- Birds of a Feather - sichuan goodness
- Four Horsemen - winebar owned by James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem
- Roberta's - michelin starred wood-fired pizza, located in Bushwick
- Glasserie - brunch/lunch in Greenpoint
- Fornino - pizza, if you're not feeling the wait at Roberta's...!
- Bakeri - cute café for breakfast or lunch
- Sunday in Brooklyn - currently one of the most popular places in Williamsburg for brunch....!
- Anella - italian next to Franklin Guesthouse
- Maman - breakfast/bakery/all things yum

- Walk the highline and visit galleries in Chelsea (Manhattan)

- MoMA - Museum of Modern Art (Midtown, Manhattan)
- Ps1 - get your MoMA fix in Queens
- Metropolitan Museum of Art (UES, Manhattan) - check out the bar and current installation on the roof
- Guggenheim Museum (UES, Manhattan)
- Eataly for all things Italian and a drink on the roof at La Birreria (Manhattan)
- If you're looking for a bird's eye view of Manhattan, then apparently the Top of the Rock is far better than the Empire State Building
- Shopping: Broadway in Soho, 5th Avenue, Bloomingdales, Saks...
- Take the free Staten Island Ferry for a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty
- Picnic in Prospect Park, Central Park...
